Treasury Advisory Sr. Consultants needed for Global Advisory firm

Our client's Financial Services Advisory (FSA) unit is a specialty advisory practice that provides integrated market, credit and operational risk management; operations improvement, business integration, and strategic cost management; and regulatory and treasury advisory services to financial institutions and other capital markets participants. FSA includes individuals who have industry, client and product knowledge as well as quantitative, regulatory, project management and technology professionals. Our teams work together to coordinate the delivery of risk management, regulatory and business performance services to a variety of clients, including commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, insurance and energy trading companies, and other organizations.

Global Treasury Advisory Services, is a dedicated group of professionals who provide integrated treasury and risk management services to a wide range of corporate, governmental, and financial institutions. The Global Treasury Advisory Services group has a significant track record in providing broad treasury, cash management, and risk management services to global clients.

Working as an advisor in Global Treasury Advisory Services, the Senior is part of a team that provides advisory services including currency, interest rate, credit, energy and other commodity risk management.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients in addressing issues such as: global cash management; funding and investing alternatives; comprehensive policy and control procedures; selection and implementation of trading and risk management systems; and financial governance, capital structure, and treasury operational concerns.

Requirements:
To qualify, candidates must have:

- a bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred
- a minimum of 4 years of corporate treasury experience as a treasury manager, senior analyst or advisor providing these services to a wide range of multinational corporations
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to manage client interactions and expectations
- knowledge in several of the following areas: domestic and international cash management; cash forecasting; bank relationships; foreign exchange hedging; FASB 133; interest risk management; Value-at-Risk

Successful candidates must also have the ability to travel 40%-50%.
