Senior Consultant and Manager - Identity and Access Management

Our client is currently seeking professionals at the Manager and Senior Consultant Staff levels with demonstrated experience in developing identity and access management strategies and solution design, implementation and integration. The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in developing, implementing or architecting information systems
• 2-4 years technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into clients' infrastructure and applications
• Experience in one mandatory and the following desired IAM areas:
o User provisioning and workflow (mandatory)
o Single Sign On
o Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design
o Role Base Access Control
o Privileged access control and production monitoring tools
o Entitlement review and certification
o Federation
• Experience developing IAM strategies, architectures and implementation plans
• Experience implementing and integrating identity and access management products such as:
o Oracle Identity Manager
o Sun Identity Manager
o IBM Tivoli Identity Manager
o VAAU RBACx
o Aveksa Compliance Manager
o Symark PowerBroker, PowerPassword, PowerKeeper
o BladeLogic
• Experience defining technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions
• Experience performing business process design and analysis related to managing identities and access privileges
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues affecting clients related to identity and access management
Additional Skills Desired:
• Experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET or C#
• Working knowledge of BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere or Tomcat
• Working knowledge of one or more directories such as Active Directory, IBM Directory Server, SunONE Directory Server and Novell e-Directory
• Working knowledge of operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Unix
• Working knowledge of mainframe security packages such as TopSecret, ACF2 and RACF
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as PeopleSoft and SAP
• Working knowledge of virtual directories such as Radiant Logic and OctetString
• Working knowledge of relational database management systems such as Oracle, Sybase, and MS SQL Server
• Systems administration experience
• Familiarity with identity and access management related concepts and standards such as SPML, SAML, WS-Federation, WS-Security, and XACML
• Financial services industry knowledge
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions (consulting skills) for the client's business and technology goals
• Ability to contribute (both orally and in writing) to the development of client deliverables and technical content
• Knowledge of general security concepts and methods such as vulnerability assessments, privacy assessments, intrusion detection, incident response, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, architectures and governance
• Prior Big 4, consulting or system integrator experience
• One security-related certification (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, etc.) is required for Manager level candidates
