Description:
' Provide tax consulting and compliance services to clients of the New York Real Estate/Partnership Group
' Provide tax consulting services to other offices and Alliance Firm Member offices
' Create and work on firm-wide initiatives for real estate and partnership tax issues
' Expand your project management responsibility while being the primary contact for the complete project
' Manage the overall project plan and project economics
' Supervise and train staff and seniors
' Evaluate and select alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance
' Recognize and communicate potential risks, identify potential changes in the tax policy and apply new policies to tax compliance
' Assist in handling routine questions from federal or state agencies
Experience:
' Four-year degree in Accounting
' CPA License is a plus
' 6+ years prior work experience(preferably in public accounting)
' Experience with Partnerships required
' Experience with Real Estate taxation preferred but not required
' Significant supervisory experience (2+ years)
