Our client, a Global Advisory Firm, is currently seeking a strong Business Analyst to join engagement teams in the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Project Manager/Business Analyst to execute and manage multiple project deliverables, manage client expectations, develop plans, manage & execute testing, and communicate project status through executive dashboards and status reports.
• Serve as a business analyst in collecting, analyzing, and providing project business requirements. Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how the applications can best functionally fulfill those needs.
• Drive solutions to business initiatives and projects.  Interface and work closely with business units to understand their needs and secure appropriate buy-in signoff throughout project lifecycle.
• Produce or contribute to the objectives of project / program plans, business / benefits case and business requirements definition. Identify opportunities to improve process and controls.
• Develop executive dashboards, create Project plans and test plans
• Assist in Project Management where needed
• Meet with clients to gather requirements including facilitating discussions.
• Manage discussions between technical and business analysts and development teams and help facilitate Design and Development to ensure requirements are fully documented, tested and implemented

• Experience with finance technology projects preferred.
• 2-5 years of finance or consulting experience preferred
• Industry experience a must
